I grew up in a small farming
community in Utah.
I attended North Sanpete High School where I was involved
in many activities including sports, music, photography
& just about any club or organization that would get me
out of class or that would let me spend time with my friends.
I graduated from High School in 1985. I attended school
at Dixie
College for one quarter before serving
a mission in Spain for The Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints that lasted two years (1986-1988). Spain
is a beautiful country. I had many great experiences there
and developed some life-long friendships. I then moved to
Provo,
Utah where I attended BYU
and UVSC.
I have a degree in Nursing (RN) from UVSC, but I retired
in May of 2001 from my 12 year health care career to become
a Network Engineer. I am currently living in Anchorage,
AK where I am working as the CIO (Chief Information
Officer) for my company. Roger and I came to Alaska in October
of 1997. I enjoy being outdoors, so there will be plenty
of places to explore here in Alaska. I also enjoy experimenting
with our web page, so stop by now and then. Meanwhile, have
a look at Anchorage
downtown... maybe you'll see us walking down the street.
